Recently, our most outstanding work has been on a single-story residential waterfront home in the serene Woodland area of Minnesota. The owner of this home wanted to maximize the glazing of the front wall – the one closes to the water with the best view.
Yawal was able to meet the homeowners’ greatest expectations with one of our Sliding Door solutions - Performance Lift'n'Slide. Performance Lift’n’Slide - also referred to as our DP180 solution - is a combination of multiple slides on double and triple tracks.
This particular design also includes a corner-opening solution. Such a solution guarantees that the homeowner sitting in the interior will feel as close to nature as possible. This project shows that it may be possible to even feel like you’re at lakeside, about to dip your toe in the water!
The color of the design is 7021 structural color. The glass used is: 6T/16/6T/16/6T and 8T/16/8T/16/8T.
This specific project will also be enriched with pleated (including corner) mosquito nets, which are popular among waterside construction solutions.
