Service Specialist Yawal USA
Location: Primarily Colorado & Northeast Tri-State USA 
 
Duties: 
-Verify on-site and virtual claims and notify management team regularly 
-Precisely prepare regular formatted job site visit reports 
-Resolve claims with a focus on high-end European window service 
-Direct on-site service support, including self-servicing 
-Perform installation, service and maintenance training 
-Provide written reporting on product improvement suggestions from site to technical team 
-Providing regular feedback on installation instruction improvements from site to technical team  
-Cooperate with Technical and Customer service teams in addressing & resolving claims 
-Take part in and support certification process in laboratories 
-Take part in installation certification process, providing practical installation training and verification 
-Ability to travel across US 
 
Previous Experience: 
-Installer for European windows & doors company 
-Service Specialist of European windows & doors 
-Builder/Carpenter having experience in installation & service of European windows & doors 
 
Competencies: 
-Knowledge of US construction and building projects 
-Knowledge & experience in installation of European windows & doors 
-Experience using tools usually necessary at construction job sites  
-Experience using measurement tools (such as level, laser, measuring tape, caliper, etc.) 
-Experience writing and submitting regular job site visit reports 
-Experience reading technical drawings 
-Experience performing technical/installation trainings 
-Experience in resolving technical challenges 
-English language fluency 
-Knowledge and previous use of computer & MS Office 
-Consistency, precision, scrupulousness
