About Yawal USA
Yawal USA delivers high-end, custom European aluminum window, door, and façade systems to discerning U.S. clients. Our products combine advanced engineering, modern aesthetics, and premium craftsmanship. We are expanding our North American operations and seeking a skilled Service Specialist to join our growing team.
Position Overview
The Service Specialist is responsible for field verification, technical service, and customer support related to the installation and maintenance of premium European window and door systems. This role ensures exceptional product performance, professional on-site support, and timely feedback to our technical and operations teams.
You will work closely with installation partners, builders, and Yawal USA’s technical team to resolve claims, conduct site visits, and perform installation and service training.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and document on-site and virtual service claims; report findings regularly to management.
- Prepare clear, standardized job site visit reports following company format.
- Provide direct on-site service and assist with installations, adjustments, and maintenance.
- Conduct installation and service training sessions for partners, installers, and clients.
- Collaborate with Technical and Customer Service teams to resolve product and installation issues.
- Deliver detailed feedback on product performance, installation instructions, and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in product and installation certification processes, including laboratory testing and field verification.
- Ensure compliance with Yawal’s technical standards and maintain strong customer relationships in the field.
- Travel as needed throughout the U.S. to support installations and service interventions
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Proven experience as an installer or service specialist for European windows and doors.
- Strong understanding of U.S. construction practices and job site standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency with standard construction and measurement tools (levels, lasers, calipers, etc.).
- Skilled in preparing structured technical or site visit reports.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and ability to use computers for reporting and communication.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- High level of precision, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the United States.
Preferred:
- Background as a builder, carpenter, or technician working with European-style systems
- Experience in European window installation
- Experience conducting technical or installation trainings
- Familiarity with building certification and testing processes
- Bi-language English/Polish
